Hired at Hewitt to envision, develop and launch substantial improvements to the infrastructure and visual design of the corporate Web site, Hewitt.com. Implemented major visual design enhancements within 12 weeks after joining company. Initiated and drove project to develop database-driven architecture for Hewitt.com. Led team of developers to deliver database-driven platform with integrated content management system for Hewitt.com, launched in June 2006. Conducted online visitor surveys and usability studies to guide continuous improvement to Hewitt.com. In addition to Hewitt.com, design, develop and publish full Web sites and Web site content produced by Hewitt marketing department, including registration/information sites for client conferences, and special-purpose minisites.
