the project: Develop, enhance and maintain content on PLATINUM and CA corporate Web sites and intranets. (PLATINUM was acquired by CA in 1999.)

my role: As project team leader and developer, I was responsible for creation and maintenance of content for several corporate Web sites and intranet sites. Content produced included product trial download applications, information and online registration for events and programs, and marketing and sales materials. I implemented CGI coding to capture visitor data and generate sales leads. I worked closely with the worldwide product/services marketing organization to craft and deliver messaging via the Web site.

For the example at the top right side of this page, I worked with marketing to determine messaging, wrote the copy, and developed the Web pages.

the results: Improved customer service, implemented marketing programs, and facilitated staff work by creating, improving and enhancing content on Web sites and intranets.
