the project: Develop online customer newsletter; deliver via e-mail.

my role: Focal's marketing staff wanted to create a newsletter to deliver news and new product announcements to the Focal customer base. The staff decided to make the newsletter web-based only, and "deliver" each new issue to customers via e-mail. I developed the design, built the newsletter site (including all graphics and web pages), and created HTML e-mail and text-only e-mail announcements.

the results: Created an efficient, cost-effective vehicle for marketing to use to reach Focal's customers on a regular basis.
