my role: As content team manager for DigitalWork, I led a team of writers and developers in the creation and maintenance of content for the digitalwork.com services Web site. I established project priorities, managed team workflow, and worked with marketing and technical staff to plan and develop new content areas. I wrote and edited copy, developed HTML content, and used a proprietary content management system to create database-driven Web pages.

the results: Improved customer experience by enhancing, expanding, and improving quality of Web site content.
