the project: Redesign, rearchitect, relaunch and publish biweekly online newsletter.

my role: As content manager I supervised the planning, development and implementation of a major redesign of iWork Advisor, a biweekly online newsletter published by DigitalWork that provided how-to articles for small business owners and staff. This included conversion of the newsletter to XML, a new name, a new look-and-feel, and greatly expanded content. I worked with my staff to develop the editorial calendar, issued writing assignments, and edited articles submitted by freelance and staff writers. I proofread and tested multiple e-mail versions we produced, and worked with staff to publish the issues both on the website, and via e-mail through the KANA CRM application.

the results: Delivered more valuable content, and improved customer experience, by greatly enhancing and expanding the newsletter content, presentation and delivery.
